Everyone wants to be the epitome of perfection. It is something we strive for, long for in ourselves and wish for in others. The simple truth is that there is no such thing; everything in life is a matter of perspective. To quote a proverb - ‘A beautiful thing is never perfect’.

It’s the imperfections, the small flaws and little quirks that make us who we are; they make us interesting and unique and they are what draw others to us. You can't always be what everyone wants you to be, it's not possible to please everyone in every way . All that you can do is take who and what you are and make the best you possibly can with it, in essence becoming the ‘perfect you’.

I personally can't give you confidence, I can't help you to realise your own potential or learn more about yourself; what I can do is try to help you along the way. I can try to point you in the right direction and hopefully you will come away feeling better for having read some of what's on this site.
