It's not really the perfect quote, but I think it’s actually quite apt: ‘A healthy mind requires a healthy body’. When it comes down to it, most people think only of getting fit and losing weight, but that’s not all there is to it. Total wellbeing is both physical and mental; ‘There must be balance in all things’. It is said throughout many different religions, from Buddhism, to Christianity, to Wicca, and I believe it to be very true; everything in nature works best if it is balanced. You can, of course, have have a good physical condition without having a good mental condition, and vice versa, although if one is unfit it will inevitably take its toll upon the other. If you can balance both your mental and physical states you will be an extremely happy person.

Don't forget: ‘Drink eight glasses of water per day’. I think this is one rule I can almost stick to; I'm pretty sure I manage to drink eight glasses of water per day, although most of them tend to be coffee flavoured. ;)
